The Fix: A "Photo-First" Opening & Closing Checklist.
The Trigger: At 9:00 AM, the App pings the Branch Manager.
The Task: "Check Fridge Temp."
The Proof: The user cannot just tick a box. They must take a photo of the thermometer. The App reads the timestamp and geolocation.
The Dashboard: The Founder sees a "Green Grid" of all 10 outlets from their office. If Outlet 4 hasn't submitted by 9:15 AM, it turns Red.
