Format: This is a 2-Week Sprint assessment of your business.

  • Activities:

    • 1 x 2-hour face to face exploratory workshop with you.

    • up to 4 x 1 hour online Interviews with key heads of department (Safety, Finance, Delivery, Sales, HR).

    • Review of your business against the TOP Operating System.

    • Development of a prioritised 90-day improvement roadmap for your team to implement.

  • Deliverable: The "TOP State of Operations Report" including a Red/Amber/Green scorecard of your business and a prioritized 90-day improvement plan.
